Charlotte Stebbing-Mills

Author. Co-Founder. Stress-Relief & Wellbeing Specialist for High Achievers & Leaders.

Charlotte is a leading specialist in stress management, burnout recovery, systemic wellbeing, and sustainable high performance, with nearly 20 years supporting thousands across the UK, UAE, and globally.

She began her career in Cardiac Rehabilitation PT (NHS, 2005), helping heart attack and stroke survivors rebuild their wellbeing after stress-induced illness.

Later, in the GCC, she led wellbeing programming for organisations of 1,000+ employees, creating environments where people could perform without burning out.

But like many high achievers, she hit her own breaking point:
a high-functioning burnout that nearly ended everything.

Her recovery became her deeper education, shaping the frameworks she now teaches globally:

Jonathan Mills

Co-Founder, Consultant & Health, Fitness and Wellness Specialist

Jonathan brings 23+ years of experience across wellbeing, coaching, fitness, operations, and concept innovation.

A former martial artist and educator, he transformed his own stress-induced chronic pain through deep breathwork, emotional regulation, and internal alignment.
